​Bhakti Dham Wales is a non-profit charity organisation based in Cardiff, Wales with following objectives:
  • to advance the Hindu way of life for the benefit of the public in Wales,
  • to advance the education of the public in Indian art, culture and traditions,
  • to relieve poverty, distress and sickness among persons primarily but not exclusively members of the Indian community living in Wales.
We endeavour to achieve above objectives by celebrating different Hindu festivals and other important Indian cultural events that are open to all members of the public. This way we showcase and diversify Indian culture and tradition, promote ​community cohesion, facilitate socio-cultural​ integration and multiculturalism. We foster goodwill amongst all and help in the wellbeing of those in need irrespective of their background.

​Bhakti Dham Wales came into existence informally during the year 2008, but it formally received charity status after getting registered with Charity Commission for England and Wales when founding members of the organisation adopted its constitution on 27 June 2010. We have come a long way since then, fulfilling the spiritual and cultural needs of people of Indian diaspora in Wales in particular. We aspire to provide a vibrant platform for our next generation for them to uphold, cherish and take pride in their roots and its traditions in this ethnic diverse society of Wales.
